Studio Culinaire:  Entertainment Cooking Classes

Class Descriptions

  • Participation Classes: Interactive and hands-on cooking classes. Most classes run in a 2:1 participants to cooking station model. This means two participants will share in the preparation of dishes as well as share cooking tools such as knives, other cookware and ingredients.
  • Demonstration Cooking Classes: Highly educational and requires less physical effort on the part of the participants. Participants observe Chefs prepare food in front of them while these Chefs share tips and techniques as they move through the preparation of each recipe.



Class fees include participant materials and your cooking experience with our exceptional team.  Fees are paid at the time of registration either online; seating is limited and all classes are filled on a first-come first-served basis.


Registration Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent with the start and end times of your class as well as any other necessary details. We suggest that you arrive 15 - 30 minutes early to choose your station, get settled, and put on your apron!


Materials Provided:

Recipe Packet and Cooking supplies necessary for the class (to be determined by Studio Culinaire and the Chef) will be provided at the start of class.


Class Capacity:

The quantity of students is dependent upon the individual classes layout.   Due to high demand, registrations for classes will close five (5) days prior to the scheduled event.



While we hope you will never need to cancel or miss one of our incredible classes, we understand that life happens.  Please be aware that within two (2) weeks of the class start date, our teams will have already purchased materials and work will be well underway in anticipation of your visit.  


Requests for Cancellation of Registration/Refunds:

Must be made at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the class start date in order to be issued a REFUND.  To request a refund of class fees, submit a written request via email to xxxx.com or fax to????   [WEB BUTTON].  Participants may also choose to receive a class voucher* to apply to a future class instead of a refund. 

Note: Failure to provide the required written notification of cancellation will result in full charge of the course.


Made four (4) to six (6) days prior to the class start date, will be issued a CREDIT Voucher*.  

Made within three (3) days of the class start date will not receive a refund or credit voucher. 


*Credit Vouchers - Credit vouchers can be used for the purchase of another class of equal or greater value within one (1 year) of the date of issuance. Credit vouchers can be transferred to another person.  Credit vouchers cannot be used to purchase store merchandise.




No Show

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a refund or class voucher if you miss your event without prior written notification (as per process above).


Class Cancellations:

Studio Culinaire reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment, chef illness, or inclement weather. We will do our best to reschedule you into another offering of the same class or refund your fee. If Studio Culinaire cancels a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.

Gift Card Redemption:

Gift cards may be redeemed for classes at Studio Culinaire. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash. Redeem your gift card at the checkout when registering for a class. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. 

Knife Use and General Disclaimer:

All adult classes and classes for children aged 8 and up use knives. Knives are used in a professional manner for food preparation only and allow for class participants to improve food preparation skills. We reserve the right to remove anyone we feel is a danger to themselves or others. Please do not allow any child 7 years old or younger to participate in a class above their age that involves knives.


Dress comfortably and appropriately for the class you will be attending.

Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site. You have control, via your browser, of whether you accept or decline cookies.

When you contact Studio Culinaire, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any customer service issues you may face. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you in the future to tell you about changes to this policy, specials, and new products or services. You may review your information on file, or opt out of future contacts from us, by contacting us via email or phone, or by unsubscribing from any of our communications.

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.


Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).


Put in the contract and on a separate page for Private Parties

Chef’s Table is a sit-down dinner where the Chef discusses and serves dishes he or she has made. This is not a cooking class.

What is your cancellation policy for private parties?

We hope you don’t have to cancel your event, but we understand things come up. We just ask that you let us know as soon as you can as there is a decent chance another party was interested in your date. If you cancel 14+ days in advance, everyone who has purchased a ticket will receive a refund (or store credit, if they prefer). Parties that cancel with less than 14 days notice will receive store credit or the option to re-book their party for another time.

Promo Codes, Referrals & Loyalty Programs  -- Possibles for Future?


A promo code is a discount code that you receive from us directly via an email promotion, from liking our Facebook page, for your birthday, or occasionally from the blue ad banner found at the top of our website. Valid promo codes can be used towards all calendar sessions (with the exception of private parties and fundraisers) and provide an immediate discount at checkout.

A referral code ties into our rewards program. It’s one of the codes that you will receive at the bottom of your confirmation email after booking a session. Give this code to any friends who haven’t attended a Studio Culinaire session before and make sure they enter it at the checkout! While nothing will come off your total immediately, you’ll both bank an extra $5 in your loyalty accounts after your friend attends the session.

Your loyalty code is a unique code tied to your specific email address that usually starts with your name (if it’s lost, you can always enter your email at the bottom of our Rewards page and we’ll email you the details). Once you accumulate $20 — both through referrals (see above) and booking sessions ($5 after each visit), enter your loyalty code at checkout out for your $20 (or more, if you’ve accumulated more) discount!

Please note: Posting a referral code or loyalty code on any 3rd party site is a violation of our loyalty program and any credit redeemed accordingly will be removed. Also, coupons taken from one of these sites will not be accepted.
